John and Jessica, This Is Big News!

John Mayer and Jessica got married in Hawaii this past week-end. Okay I'm still shocked typing this and really I don't know why but I guess I haven't gotten over her and Nick splitting up yet. It was a secret wedding and the ceremony took place in Maui on their way to Australia for the last stop of John's tour. Apparently he sang to his wife at the reception with the song "Your Body Is A Wonderland" along with a song written just for her.

Gotcha! Happy April Fools Day! I know it's a day late for those of you reading this on April 2nd but I had to have some fun.

Mary-Kate and Ashley!

Twenty year olds Mary-Kate and Ashley go the same noses. They consulted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia back in January about getting nose jobs done. Ashley is the one who got the ball rolling as she has never liked her nose and thought it was too big (I thought her nose looked great) and then she talked to her sister and she was on board too. According to pros in the business they had the bridges of their noses thinned and the tip is more refined. It makes them both look more sophisticated.

Penelope Cruz and Her Romance!
There were rumours floating around that Penelope Cruz was with Orlando Bloom. As you can see by this photo she is with Olivier Martinez (Kylie Minogue's ex-boyfriend). They have been seen in LA and were seen late one night dining and getting close. Oliver even spent the night at her place.

Britney and K-Fed!
Kevin Federline put out an album not so long ago called "Playing With Fire" but it didn' t do well (no surprise there). Well he wants to get Britney back and is putting out another album called, get this..."In The (Love) Zone: Kevin Does Romance (that is the tentative title anyway). This effort will be put out by Federation Records and will be R&B in flavour. There will be some well known covers like: "Can You Feel The Love Tonight," "Not Yet A Girl, Not Yet A Woman," and "Let's Get It On." Okay this isn't true either, what other time of the year can I string you all along?

Carmen Electra Shopping!
Carmen Electra as seen in LA buying lingerie. Dave Navarro (her ex) has been out and about with a new lady, meanwhile Carmen is single.

Paris Again!
I know Paris has to be one of the most well publicized celebrities and I can't go one week without hearing about her somewhere. She must have great PR people. Anywho I digress, it seems Paris may go to prison for three months if charged for violating her probation by driving with a suspended license. Last Tuesday, she was pulled over by police while driving in LA. Being that she is Paris and all I don't think she will actually go to jail, but we will have to wait and see what happens.

Bono In The Spotlight!
Bono was given an honorary knighthood from the Queen of England but he did not want to be called Sir. His real name is Paul Hewson and is well know as U2's music legend. He is 46 years old and was awarded this title for his services in the music industry and also all the humanitarian work he has done in the past. The ceremony was held at David Reddaway's (British ambassador) home in Dublin.

The Fate of Next Season's Shows!

Safe Shows include:

30 Rock-This show was hailed as the breakout comedy of the season and it looks like it will definitely return.

Friday Night Lights-I'm not familiar with this one but NBC execs seems to like it.

Scrubs-These has been around for awhile and if NBC doesn't pick it up, maybe ABC will.

Shows In Trouble:

Crossing Jordan-I saw this when it first came out, it's had so so ratings and it all depens how good the new pilots are whether it will last or not.

Gilmore Girls-I've been a fan of this show since it aired and will be sad to see it go. Although when I got the TV guide with them on the cover and an article I could read the doom up ahead and it sounded uncertain then. That was a couple months ago. Also this show is getting tired and has lost the zip it once had since new writers came on this season.

Apparently Season 8 hinges on Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) who is holding out on signing the new contract and Lorelei Gilmore (Lauren Graham) won't sign a contract without her. Both have also done movies and the TV guide article I read said both want to pursue their movie careers. David Rosenthal who runs the show has been looking for a new job as well so that doesn't sound good. It is still a popular show on the CW so it could survive.

How I Met Your Mother-The cast and crew are feeling hopeful that the show will be renewed for another season as the ratings have improved. I've watched this a bit here and there but there are too many other shows vying for my attention. Last season they brought on one of my favourites from a old show that got the axe (Good Morning Miami). Okay her name slips my mind but she is Kimberly Williams (who is on According To Jim) sister.

Jericho-I got hooked on this show this year and will be sad to see it go. It has struggled this year ratings wise and it didn't help it was off for like 4 months. So many shows have done this and it drives me nuts because the networks expect us to wait around and pick up where the show left off.

Medium-I don't watch this show but there is a chance it may come back. It is against Lost and CSI: NY but has had consistent ratings.

One Tree Hill-This show as saved last year by save one show fans and yet next season is uncertain. I've yet to see this show but hear it is good. It is coming back May 2nd I hear and the reason it's been off is to push The Pussycat Dolls: Search For The Next Doll which is doing well in ratings. Speaking of time slots I heard that Lost got pushed to 10 p.m. on ABC because no show wants to be in the death slot against American Idol.

Six Degress-I've seen this one too and like some of the characters. Unfortunately it took a lot of time off and is just now returning. It depends how the new Friday night time slot goes whether it will return.

Supernatural-This show has a great fan base but is in a tough Thursday night time slot. Ratings have not been good for this show either.

What About Brian-This show started off strong but seems to be limping this season and I liked the main character Marjorie who is no longer in it. Ratings have been poor. J.J. Abrams is executive producer of this show and his shows are always strong the first and second year but then tend to lag in future seasons.

Doomed Shows:

The Class-This show started out poorly but improved over the season. Rules of Engagement aired with good ratings so this show will probably go.

Close To Home-This looks like it may go as well. Again this show started out strong I thought when it first aired but I haven't tuned in this year even with the addition of Harmon Rab (of Jag).

Studio 60-Oh I love this show and am sad it may not return. The writing is brilliant and I'm shocked it doesn't have the ratings behind it. If fans support the show it could return.

Veronica Mars-Apparently supporting cast members were told this show will be cancelled. The Pussycat Dolls show had blown this show out of the water. If it comes back it is possible it would become an FBI show with the show jumping ahead 4 years in the future.

I heard somewhere also that Lost has lost 50% of it's audience this year and has suffered because it was off so long. Last night's episode was so boring and a waste of time. We were introduced to some new characters and it was just a time waster.

Gossip always happens very quickly so naturally there is lots to tell you since Friday. Another person I'm tired of hearing about and won't post any news on is Anna Nicole Smith. Why do we keep hearing about her? This post makes up for Saturday, Sunday and Monday so keep scrolling down.

Britney Spears Gets Coiffed!

Britney got her hair done over the week-end at a Beverly Hills salon. Yes, she is bald but I guess she wants a change and is tired of blonde. I thought she really suited red myself in her Toxic video.

It's Over For James Blunt's Love Life!

James Blunt (32- year-old singer) and Petra Nemcova (27-year-old actress and model) have split up. They started dating in 2005 (after they met in December). They were last seen as a pair at the Oscars back in February. Lately he has been seen with Lindsay Lohen in L.A. and most recently was spotted with her at Teddy's. Here is a quote from someone who saw her at Teddy's:

"Lindsay and James were never affectionate, but they did seem flirty, standing right next to each other, and constantly talking." Lohan and Blunt were part of a group of people who left together at 2:15 a.m.

So now there is speculation that James Blunt is with Lindsay Lohan. I don't know either Lindsay or Petra but from what I've read and seen they both seem different. Lindsay is a lot younger and seems to be more of a party type.

Victoria Beckham and David Looking Tired Out!

Over the week-end Victoria and David partied with P Diddy at the Automat Bar this past week-end. They both look exhausted in this photo.

Snoop Dogg Refused Entrance In The UK!
Snoop Dogg's European tour has hit a snag as he was refused a British visa. Last September he was arrested at the John Wayne airport for trying to get on the plane with a collapsible baton. A month later he was arrested at Burbank's Bob Hope Airport because they thought he had marijuana and a handgun. After his was on The Tonight Show this past November there was another incident where he was arrested for illegally having a handgun and drugs.

Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards In Hot Water!
This past November Denise Richards assaulted the paparazzi. Two of them were taking photos of her and she got really upset and called them "paparazzi scum" etc, assaulted them and threw their laptops over the balcony. Here is a quote from what the paparazzi said: Richards and Anderson "made repeated false and defamatory statements to law enforcement and various media outlets which were deliberately calculated to embarrass, humiliate and ridicule plaintiffs."

Bruce Willis and Courtney Love!
Bruce Willis was seen kissing Courtney Love on Sunset Blvd. He turned 52 last week.

Jeremy Piven Has Worn Out His Welcome at Nobu!
Jeremy Piven is not longer allowed into Nobu after leaving a copy of the first season of Entourage (the show he stars in) as a tip. So he went into the restaurant in Aspen and with about 12 people and asked for a table. It was a very busy night but they gave him a table although it was a bit small. On his way out he said: "Thanks for nothing!" and left a DVD of Season 1 of Entourage. Then an employee saw it and ran upstairs and threw it at him on his way out.

In this photo you see George and Renee Zellweiger on the set of Leatherheads (their new movie). Renee is still in her character garb but looks like she doesn't mind a little football.

Drew Spotted at LAX!
Drew is looking pretty relaxed and laid back at Lax this week. Although known for her acting roles she is starring and producing Grey Gardens (which is a adaptation of the hit Broadway musical and came from a documentary). This story is about the lives of Edith and Edith Bouvier Beale (the aunt and first cousin of Jackie Kennedy). It is about a mother and daughter who are reclusive debutantes and work hard not to let their 50 cats take over their house. Jessica Lange and Drew will play mother and daugher.
A picture of Drew and her new man Spike (a movie/music video/commerical director who was married to Sofia Coppola) back in mid-March. For Drew's birthday the two of them went to Hawaii and then they went to the beach for a romantic dinner at the Ivy in Santa Monica. After her breakup with Fab back in early February she has been seen with Bruce Willis and Zach Braff and now Spike Jonze. She spent Valentine's Day with Jonze and was seen with him at "Arcade Fire" (music group-Canadian in fact out of Quebec).

Maggie Looking Happy!
Maggie Gyllenhaal is taking a stroll with Peter Sarsgaard (an actor who has been nominated for a Golden Globe and is known for playing villanous characters; he is most known for the movie Shattered Glass) and they stopped off at a bookstore and grabbed some joe to go as well. They live in Brooklyn and were fascinated with a FedEx envelope. The young parents (they had a baby girl back in October and her name is Ramona) look relaxed and happy.
This is another photo of the couple when they were engaged back in October. I loved her in "Mona Lisa's Smile" with Julia Roberts that was out a long time ago.

Kevin Costner Looks A Little Different!
You see the before picture back in September 2006 and the new picture March 2007. According to The National Enquirer he has put on weight and has a fuller head of hair. There is speculation he got a hair transplant to look good for his younger 33 year old pregnant wife. I think he looks great in both pictures but looks more natural in the first shot.

Seal and Heidi On An Outing!

Here is how Heidi keeps in great shape. She uses her kids as weights while walking. Each child probably weighs 20 pounds. This is becoming a trend among Hollywood celebs. They have left the weights behind and opted to use their kids to help them lose weight post pregnancy.

Okay come for lunch and I'll tell all (quote from Anne of Green Gables TV movie). Let's see what interesting tidbits can I share with you?

Misha Barton in London!

Misha enjoyed dinner with friends in London (picture on the right). The actress (from London) was on The O.C for the first three seasons before pursuing her acting career. She drank Evian water to stay hydrated after her late night out.

The picture on the left shows her at the Schuh store on Oxford street where she met and greeted fans as the face for Keds shoes. When I was younger I always wore keds shoes when they had the white lace up ones that came in cotton or leather. Now they have so many adorable kinds with a variety of colors and styles.

Wentworth Miller Looking Adorable in Korea!Wentworth Miller was in Korea promoting Bean Pole Jeans for the Spring and Summer 2007 line. He learned to say "more than precious" in Korean and of course all the girls went ga ga over him. He also describes his idea woman to his fans.
In one of his interviews (the video was a bit lengthy to post here but he is asked if he has a tattoo and can he show it to the audience. He doesn't have one and the show has cured him of that, but the process of applying his full body tatto takes 45 hours in which they use about 20 transfers that fit together like a puzzle. It disintegrates almost immediately after it is applied so they do it in the morning (okay I'm guessing he stays awake overnight for two days or something, he doesn't mention this in the interview) and then they shoot all the body shots in the afternoon and then scrub it all off in the evening. Here he describes his ideal woman and is so charming and polite. Before this show I was familiar with Dominic Purcell from another show he did called: "John Doe" but just love Wentworth Miller, he is so dreamy. Alright enough of my cooing here.

Yeow, what was she thinking in the picture on the left. The dress is too oversized and sloppy. looking. She is showing us her European fashion as she is in Paris to promote her new album "Como Ama Un Mujer" with her husband Marc Anthony. She is wearing YSL shoes in both photos. I'm not sure the photo on the right is really a do but it's better than the left photo. It seems it's all the rage to wear dark nylons with shoes. Yesterday I saw Nicole Miller on The Martha Stewart show wearing gold open toed shoes with black nylons and I didn't really like it but it's in.

Jesse Metcalfe Goes to Rehab!

The Desperate Housewives star has gone into rehab for alcohol abuse. He realized he had a problem with alcohol and wanted to take care of it right away. He has asked the media to give him privacy during this difficult time.

Britney, Nicole, Hilary, & Fashion Clips!

Britney's Out of Rehab!
Today Britney left the Promises Malibu Treatment Facility after almost one month. Her managaer Larry Rudolph said she successfully completed the program. After she shaved her head she checked herself into the facility on February 20th and then left within a 24 hour period. The only reason she came back was because K-Fed said he would go for custody of their kids if she didn't get cleaned up. She went to AA meetings while in rehab but most people stay at the facility for 45 days. I also heard yesterday that Britney has made a complete turn around in her life and is a changed woman.

Although she has been released the children will still live with Kevin as he isn't about to give them back to Britney until she can get her life back together and show him she is a fit mother. She has many supporters including Brooke Shields (who said she would talk to Britney anytime), music producer Timberland (who would like to work with the singer once she gets on her feet), Justin Timberlake (who said he would be willing to work with Britney if she was serious about it). Well I hope she contines to do well in the future.

New News About Nicole Ritchie!
Nicole Ritchie has been diagnosed with hypoglycemia and has been taking steps towards her health. While on the set of her series "The Simple Life" she was sent to the hospital for dehydration. Back in October she was trying to get help because she was unable to gain weight.

She is facing drunk driving charges on April 2nd for a mishap in December where she was driving drunk but on February 20 she pleaded not guilty.

Earlier I mentioned that her and Nicole would be counselors at a fat camp, but Nicole has had health problems on the set where she feels really faint. Now that she knows what the problem is she is taking care of herself and has been showing up for work.

Hilary Duff Admitting The Real Deal Behind Her Weight Loss!
About two years ago Hilary Duff had lost a lot of weight and everyone was wondering why. At the time she said she was just eating healthy but now she admits she felt the pressure to be thinner because of everyone else in her position. There were stories about her that she had gained weight and didn't look great so it got to her. She says it is cruel but everyone keeps buying this type of news so nothing will really change.

In November she ended her relationship with Joel Madden after two and half years together. She now lives with her sister Hailey in LA, they both share a house and her mother lived with them but recently moved down the road. Hilary's new album Dignity which she was promoting in Europe is due out in April.

Back in December she became a toy doll (Barbie to be exact) with a polka dot outfit and silk sash. She has followed in the footsteps of Beyonce, and Reese Witherspoon. Hilary has also made other outfits for her doll if you fancy something different.
