And great news for the Canadian pop singer! Avril boasted the chart’s top debut with her hit single “Girlfriend,” ranking in at No. 5. A best career debut on the Hot 100 for the 22-year-old. Lindsay Lohan returns to Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills for the second day on Wednesday evening and proudly walks out with her fresh new blonde do.
The previous day, Lindsay, 20, showed off her strawberry blonde locks, telling paparazzi that she was only half-way through the bleaching process: “You have to strip out the brown dye first. Then I can go blonde,” she said.
Generous Lindsay also ordered pizza for paparazzi on Tuesday. Sweet, huh?
Unfortunately, nothing half as exciting as Britney Spears‘ head-shave. Sob.
Lindsay still has golden handcuffs hanging from her Mercedes’ rear-view mirror, which she bought at Fred Segal. Her cup holders are filled with her favorite caffeinated drink of choice, Red Bull.

Paris hit hot spot Winston's last night with her sister Nicky. There's no doubt that Paris is totally in love with herself, but those who were invited to her birthday party had to be surprised to see how into herself she truly is. The entrance included a huge sign-in board that was a giant portrait of the artist. Apparently the guests were told to write her gushing messages on them. As expected, this wasn't the only large portrait of Paris in the place since the girl loves to surround herself with, well, herself. Looks like she'll always have one fan forever.
